BLESS YOUR SPIRIT
Is to instill christian principles into holistic practice through music and meaningful connections.
CORE PILLARS
-

We are committed to building up individuals in truth, faith, and purpose. Through teaching, encouragement, and spiritual guidance, we empower each person to grow stronger in their identity and calling.
-

We believe creativity is a divine gift. Through music, movement, and the arts, we foster authentic expression and help individuals use their creative voice as a tool for healing, worship, and transformation.
-

We cultivate safe, nurturing spaces where people can connect, build meaningful relationships, and experience mentorship and accountability. Together, we strengthen one another in love and unity.
-

We support holistic wellness emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual through intentional practices and programs that encourage self-care, balance, and a deeper connection with God.
-

We create opportunities for divine encounters, where individuals can experience the life-changing presence of the Holy Spirit. These moments of intimacy with God awaken transformation and renewal from within.
Our Founder
Kiara Brewer-Carroll
Founder/ Artistic Director
Bless Your Spirit began in 2020 as a simple idea sharing inspirational music videos to uplift others through sound and storytelling. What started as a creative outlet has grown into a thriving nonprofit organization, officially established in 2024 with the support of Metro United Way, and The Ukaji Initiative. I am deeply grateful for their belief in this vision as we continue to rise toward our mission of empowering the Louisville community through the power of music therapy. As a current music therapy student, I am passionate about serving young adults, particularly those navigating behavioral and mental health challenges. My goal is to create safe, nurturing spaces where voices are heard, creativity is awakened, and self-worth is restored. Through spiritual direction, holistic practices, and Christian principles, Bless Your Spirit exists to help individuals find healing, purpose, and strength in their own sound.
